Overview:
We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to manage all SEO activities, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO , to maximize website traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and content optimization techniques .
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking for search engines.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to resolve crawlability and indexing issues.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and marketing teams to enhance site performance.
- Optimize website load speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience (UX) .
- Track SEO KPIs like rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions.
- Implement and optimize local SEO strategies for Google My Business and other local directories.
- Conduct A/B testing on SEO changes to measure effectiveness.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors and SEO best practices .
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO optimization.
- Knowledge of content marketing and social media SEO strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports on SEO performance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills .
- Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms .
- Knowledge of Schema Markup and Core Web Vitals .
- Experience with PPC and paid search campaigns is a plus.
